Before you purchase a HR software and are overwhelmed by changing your habits overnight, tune into the webinar. Sara and Lisa will walk you through bringing your manual processes to a suitable condition in order to proceed to a digital stage.
Lisa believes that the first step towards introducing technical solutions is the standardisation and harmonisation of processes and structures. And this is what she will be sharing with you so that you will be empowered to digitise and transform your existing HR ways.
The future of HR is the intersection of technology, data, and people so recognising the drawbacks of existing manual practices and updating their conditions is the first step in this journey.
In this webinar, Sara Ivers-Tiffée and Lisa Rostock, of HRpepper, will take you through standardising manual HR processes to make them compatible and able to enter the technological age. You’ll also get to ask questions and learn about the different pain points of this process and how you can avoid them. They are also going to discuss:
Understand the stage pre-digitising.
A five-step approach to help take your HR digital.
The Do’s and Don'ts when going digital.
Learn how digital HR impacts other departments in your organisation in terms of thinking about culture, ways of working together, and roles and responsibilities within the company.
We look forward to seeing you in our webinar!
Focus on: Digitising your HR processes
Webinar language: English
Duration: 1h approx.
The drawbacks of not digitising your HR processes can be costly. According to Natural HR, the fall-out from human error can lead to expensive remediation work, increased audit costs, and can damage a firm’s reputation – e.g. in the event of a GDPR breach. Similarly, in 2017 People HR published that the hidden costs of manual HR processes and spreadsheets set back a small business by €19,000 in human errors. The same report illustrated that 300 hours each year are spent by HR managers on manual paperwork, which is lost time.
A survey in 2018 by HR magazine stated that a 1/3 of HR professionals are considering quitting their jobs due to spending too much time on administration. And in the US, The Center for Effective Organisations states that HR professionals spend an average of 13.6% of their time maintaining employee records.
These statistics show how manual HR processes negatively affect an organisation's time, talent retention, and costs. Investing in technology like, all-in-one HR software, can significantly improve the state of an organisation’s HR department, improve talent retention, save money and crucial time that can be spent on other tasks.
