Mental illness is now the second most common cause of absenteeism after musculoskeletal and respiratory disorders. Employee health is an extremely important topic and both managers and employees need to be aware of the techniques and methods to create a fulfilling, healthy and sustainable workplace to promote mental well-being at work. 

 

Through Kenjo’s Mental Well-being in the Workplace survey, we want to analyse the current state of mental well-being for employees in Germany and then want to help companies and employers by giving them best practices on well-being at work to create a working atmosphere that supports people to develop and reach their full potential. After all, the mental health of employees contributes significantly to the economic success of the company. And satisfied and motivated employees set companies on the path to success.
